After reading about the zombies in Miami and human appendages being mailed to government offices in Ontario - this headline made me curious...the story made me SICK!

For real they are storing biohazardous material (inlcuding people parts) in containers for MONTHS - across from Snorkel Park - Thos containers are not 'leak proof'. That makes me sick!

And how much you wanna bet these containers silently end up at the bottom of the ocean (like the ones containing asbestos) because what Bermudian (or any other person for that matter) in their right mind is going to open that container when the time comes?Huh
I think this makes for another argument for a cremation facility on island because I am sure they could use that as a 'backup' for the biohazardous material thing!

I can now picture the ingredients for a Bermudian Zombie film!

The fish eat the bio waste and turn into zombie fish and attack people while they swim. There are no survivors as the fish act like Piranha, quickly engulfing the victim and stripping them to the bone. The authorities being Bermudian try to cover this up and close the beaches where the incidents occur coming up with dummy excuses. They try in vain to contain and clean up the area but being as incompetent as they are and not telling the full story they fail.

Owing to the fact it is near the end of the season they hope the situation will just go away as people stop using the beaches and going in the water as much. Unfortunately for them a local fishermen catches some of the contaminated fish. Not knowing the extent of the problem he throws a couple out that are obviously mutated but a couple get into the supermarkets and restaurants. From there they get served to unsuspecting customers and the Zombie outbreak occurs in the human population.

Finally they have no choice to but to bring in experts from the US CDC - Centre of Disease Control. By this time the zombies have increased in number and running riot. The CDC have no choice but to declare the Island a no go quarantine zone! The US orders the borders sealed. The only experts are on the island - CDC do not have the equipment to do much and take refuge in the hospital. With no further help coming from the US they eventually get killed off.

Meanwhile group of expats - aka Wikigrl, Mike, Pandora, Captain Cannuck, BangMaster form a survival group and are holed up in a more remote part of the island. They not only have to battle the zombie but also the local gangs who have also formed survivor groups and are competing for resources & weapons as there are no longer supplies coming in. The government is no longer of any help as they were too feeble and ill prepared. The authorities just end up as zombies or being eaten.

The expat group is also trying desperately to get off the island and escape Bermuda! Because of the quarantine US & Britain warships ensure that any boat that tries to get through "the danger zone" is destroyed by any means necessary.

When a level 5 hurricane forces the warships to retreat, the expats seize the opportunity for escape. Taking the best boat they can find they are forced to sail it through the worse hurricane in history out of Bermuda. Once safe they all depart to destinations in Europe and Australia and live happily ever after.

Just when you think it is safe and the situation contained the contaminated fish turn up in the US. Newspapers in Miami report mysterious cases of "Zombie attacks".....

To be continued....  Cool

Come to think of it - you are right. It is not that far from fact!  Slap The only parts are the zombie scenes with my ex-box getting his face chewed off and ending up a faceless fat zombie who gets his head removed with a chain saw. Oh the fun it would be coming up with the most gruesome deaths imaginable for some people like Realitys ex boss  Slap  Slap

Cheers for the compliment!

Seeing as i've been in just about every spot in Bermuda public, private, and secret, i'd know just where to hide to keep us safe and within striking distance to the boat that we'd have to gamble with through the Level 5 Hurricane.

Although i would prefer to depart back to Canada when it's all said and done.

Of course i would be unaware of the zombie attacks in florida and would be startled to find myself in the same situation in part 2.  Wink

Ummm - I never even doubted for a second that we'd head back to Canada when all was said and done Smiley

I'll drive da boat! I will even put my fishing skills to good use and catch us some non-zombie fish to eat on the journey! Smiley
