Why is it impossible to get someone out to mend appliances.  Is it too much to ask for people to turn up on the day they say they will, or even to call to say they can't make it afterall.

If any one has a recommendation I would be more than happy to hear it. (Well, read it  Wink)

I feel like I'm about to have a Basil Fawlty moment and start beating my (broken) appliances with a branch - Mid Ocean Wellness Institute here I come.
