Two teenaged boys awoke to find an adult male performing oral sex on them. The advances were not welcomed. The man had committed a similar offence at least once before. What was the sentence? Ah yes... a six month suspended sentence. Pretty much scot-free then.

I posted about this on the home page while the forum was down but wanted to highlight it.

While sexual assault is usually perceived to be a problem for girls, it is in fact a very real danger for males as well. Regardless of gender, the experience of sexual assault stays with the victims for life. It can affect their emotional wellbeing, their success in education, employment, relationships and health.

A suspended sentence is never enough... this is shameful. Magistrate - your decision sucks!

Well, even if a harsher sentence was handed down - he could appeal!!!

I don't know all the details about this story line - but the end result is the same - a baby died because of neglect and the parents go scott free - only the threaten that they will have more?HuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuh

Study the faces of these 'people' and if you ever see them with a baby - GRAB IT AND RUN!
