After spending more than $1.5 million on upgrading a mansion for Premiers to use, the current P doesn't want to use it. Major Dill says, “They fixed up the Laurels for Jennifer Smith but then Mr. Scott didn’t want it. Then they fixed up Clifton and then Ewart Brown didn’t want it.”

OK, it makes sense to now rent it out for an insane amount of money ($25-30k per month) or maybe to sell it (guess at a price, anyone?) and in only 50 months or so they'll be able to start paying back the lost interest. After that sequence, though, will P3 want another mansion to be upgraded, some repairs on his own house, or is he actually going to just pay his own way?
