ace, if you want to post an animated gif just copy the part of the string that looks like a URL.  Using your example you want

And if you put it in the standard [ url= ] [ /url ] form (delete the excess spaces I put in the brackets) you get <a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/NBAEkcmL_Dc" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/v/NBAEkcmL_Dc</a>
