One would HOPE that the contract for the buildings will go out to tender (and not the way of most of these projects)

I think idea of the small triage centers is one of the few sensible things that have come out of G'ments mouths recently. It is however an idea that has been batted around by G'ment for at least 15 years. The east end, with its bridge problems absolutely needs something!!!
