Let just see if the asphalt crew will do a better job on this project then they did on sections of the Middle Road Devonshire project. Not only is the surface NOT smooth (it's full of ridges like mini speed bumps that cause vibration on your chassis), there is NO crown in the road for the water to run off to the sides (between Tee Street and Saltus). Jeez - how hard is it to lay more tar/stone in the center of the road and less on the sides to make a crown?

Also, the problem with the way Bermuda lays tar is not correct. The tar needs to be hotter (to bind better to the aggregate) and pressed longer with a heavier roller.
