Here's the million dollar question:

Why in the world is the BIU paying Hall for his services through covering Hall's three daughter's school expenses? Why would they do such a thing? Surely the Union members have got to ask why wouldn't Hall just expect a cheque/money as any other person would? Why put the burden of handling his kids school affairs on the BIU staff? The answer can only be because they conspired to hide the income he was making. And Minister Burgess approved it. This isn't income to him as far as their concerned right? That's what Tyco got caught doing.... side deals off the books. And the shareholders suffered badly. Nasty stuff.

This exposes the seedy side of how our government works. How many other hidden side deals are going down every day? A commission here, a pay-off there, and expense covered, a shake down. The rich get richer and the thieves get thicker.
