No promises of monkey business necessary - after the winter in Bermuda there are plenty of guys who'll do back flips just for the chance of being near a woman.

That's a great price! If it's the Collector's Hill guest house, that should be a fantastic location from which to base yourself: John Smith's Bay about five minutes by bike, ten minutes to Hamilton, with a pharmacy, a decent pizza/burger joint, supermarket and brew pub a five minute walk away down the hill (as good as the beer here in the UK is, I miss North Rock Brew Pub's whopping 8.5%abv stout, although the Raspberry Ale they serve at Brutopia on Crescent in Montreal is bloody tempting, too).
