wow you must be rich shopping at that store.  This is the same old thing those narrow minded bermudians who have probably not ever left the island expecting you to be bermudian?HuhHuhHuh? good job she didnt do it in some parts of the uk she probably would of had been beaten up with a baseball bat. Perhaps if you got an audible good afternoon then a beep fitted on your car she might of moved.

Hey Kitty - you don't have to be rich to shop at Miles....in fact some of the items in Miles are cheaper than the MarketPlace, believe it or not. One of them is the organic chicken broth. Now, if you want to buy plovers eggs or other exotic foods, you have to have the $$ to do so...The bell peppers in Miles are under $6, but they were over $7 in MarketPlace last time I looked (but didn't buy!) It helps a lot if you can remember prices. The health drink Ensure is $3.03 a can in White's, but $3.40 in Modern Mart (A MarketPlace branch)..If you get 6 at a time like I do, that would be $2.35 extra at M.Mart. I also find that M.Place juices are more expensive than White;s and Lindos.

Twiggie - wow excellent memory for remembering all the prices across different shops. The only prices that stuck in my mind were the prices I was used to paying back in London at Waitrse (upmarket shop). Used to make me consider my purchases carefully.  Cheesy

£50p for a bell pepper. Too bad they don't deliver that far!
