Well, I was just guessing - I tried to name countries that had politically stabilized, and had moved away from socialism; but I see the first three still have a long way to go. At least they are no longer in free-fall, and have turned the corner (and there are places in worse condition). Sub-Saharan Africa is really doing poorly - the highest sub-Saharan country is Gabon, at 119. South Africa is only two behind, so I got one right..
