Not being a town dweller, I only venture in when I am forced to by the wife.

For a supposedly rich country the state of the sidewalk/pavements between Burnaby Street and Queen Street are an absolute disgrace.

Not only is it peppered with the stains from chewing gum, but what I find more disgusting is all the staining from the garbage that is put out by the stores.

Is there any progress on the discussion of pedestrianising(sp) this section of the Street. I know it will upset a lot of people and prevent them from double parking, but it would certainly improve life for pedestrians and enhance the Street.

Why bother J-J?

No Crewships = little/No Tourists anyway

Corp. Hamilton will tear it all up eventually...probably right around Late-Night Shopping at Xmas  Wink
